Article 10. Deliveries
Delivery zones
Products are offered for delivery within a geographical zone indicated on the Site.
In the event that delivery of the Product(s) is not possible within the geographical zone indicated on the Website, the Customer will be informed of this when the Order is placed on the Website.
Customers are invited to contact the Vendor at Marketing@sppcparfums.com for details of this procedure.

Delivery times
The Vendor will use its best efforts to ensure that the Order is dispatched within 24 (twenty-four) hours and 7 (seven) working days following confirmation of the Order, depending on the delivery method chosen by the Customer at the time of placing the order on the Web site.
The Vendor cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or for the carrier.
Furthermore, the delivery times indicated on the Website are indicative and are given for information purposes only. They are given in working days and do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the Product is transferred to the Customer, i.e. when the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer takes physical possession of the Product.

Checking the Order on delivery
At the time of delivery, it is the Customer's responsibility to check that the Products delivered are free from any defect and to make any handwritten reservations on the delivery note and complaints to the carrier, directly on the delivery note accompanied by the Customer's signature, or even to refuse delivery. Within three (3) working days of delivery of the Products, the Customer must confirm the said reservations or complaints to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, and immediately send a copy to the Vendor. These reservations must be very precise (which product presents which damage) in order to be taken into account. Failure to lodge a complaint within the aforementioned period will extinguish any action against the carrier. Consequently, any complaint relating to damage apparent at the time of delivery will not be accepted. By signing the delivery note, the customer acknowledges having received the goods without any apparent damage at the time of delivery.

Delivery tracking
The Customer may, at any time, consult the status of his Order on his personal space on the website and via the delivery tracking messages sent to the Customer by the Vendor.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary according to the weight, volume and fragility of the Order, as well as the carrier chosen by the Vendor. The amount of the delivery charges will be indicated to the Customer when the Order is placed, and will be subject to the Customer's approval before the Order is validated.
