Payment Methods
To finalize your order on www.memoiredessens.com, you will be required to select a payment method to pay for the products in your shopping bag and any applicable charges.
Depending on the chosen country within the European Union, you will be able to select one or more available payment methods. Purchased products and standard shipping rates (if applicable) are typically charged in the official currency of the shipping destination* (i.e., the currency of the selected country on www.memoiredessens.com). The currently supported currency on www.memoiredessens.com is EUR.
All orders are placed with Mémoire des Sens, registered in France. Therefore, your card issuer or payment provider may apply additional international banking fees. Mémoire des Sens has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If your credit/debit card or other payment method is not denominated in EUR, the final price will be charged in your card’s currency, as calculated and charged by your card issuer.

Once the payment is verified and authorization is received from your card issuer, the order will be processed.
In case of unavailability of the ordered products, we will contact you by email or phone. If your order includes multiple products, you can choose to either cancel the entire order and receive a full refund or receive the available products. In the latter case, only the price of the available products and the corresponding shipping costs will be charged.
In most European Union countries, duties and VAT are covered by Mémoire des Sens and are not charged to customers. However, in certain cases, additional fees may be required by your local tax authorities upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes. Mémoire des Sens has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
